Orders usually take 5-7 business days to be filled from the store...but sometimes sooner.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

* Contact Cstomer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

* Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.

* Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA request using the support link below. You will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back to us.

Due to the handmade nature of our products there will be some small variations in size and hue. Many of our products are imported from Europe. Please visit our Shipping FAQ for more information.

If an item is received damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. A replacement will be sent out for the damaged item. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we cannot replace the item.

You must be issued a RMA# before you return your order. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
